Hi, my name is Cheryl Schinzig and I would like to share a bit about
myself with you all.
I grew up in Adelaide where I attended school
and then worked in an office for 7 years.
I became intersted in horses and riding when I was 10 years old,
and have had horses ever since. My daughter and grandchildren also
enjoy horse riding.
After leaving my job I moved interstate to Western Australia, and
I worked for a while, then got married and moved onto the farm that
I’m still living on today.
As my interest is with animals, I enjoy looking after the cattle and
sheep, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. There have been many more
animals over the years that my family have cared for, including
rabbits, guinea pigs, turtles, turkeys, frogs, fish, yabbies, lizards,
ducks and kangaroos. I’m sure I’ve missed a few as well.
The freedom that comes with living and working on a farm is very
different to city living. There is no boss to answer to, no long
commute to work, but there is a lot of hard work and lots of expenses
and no guaranteed income coming in. So there is no real financial
There are many things that can go wrong, such as drought, floods, loss
of stock, calving and lambing loss, hail or frost wrecking the crops,
to name a few.
Looking for Financial Freedom
For a long time, I tried to find a way to supplement my financial
situation, but couldn’t come up with a solution, because I live too far
from a town where there may be employment.
So, I eventually turned to the internet for help, but this led to me
being totally confused as there were too many things that I didn’t
I invested quite a lot of money on different training, mostly just to
become more confused.
I was going from one thing to another, never finishing anything.
I did invest in some mentoring along the way, and learned as I went.
Finding My Way
I eventually started an email list of subscribers and I built this up
over time with the help of a mentor. I still continue to do this to
build my business. I also continue learning new skills all the time.
I have found that by having an online business, it has allowed me to
still do the things I love to do on my farm and spend time with my
family, which is important to me, but have the added security of more
income coming in as well, which I couldn’t have done any other way.
How You Can Have Freedom Too
I found that it’s not easy, you do have to be persistant, and stay
focused and consistantly moving forward toward your end goal and
never give up.
So, instead of jumping from one thing to another all the time, work out
what it is that you want to do and stick to it, and by finding someone
that can help you will be the best thing you can do for your online
I hope this blog will help you to get started with your internet
